| | | Stan Patterson - Inventor, Certified Prosthetist and Founder of Prosthetic & Orthotic Associates (POA)
 Stan Patterson is a nationally recognized ABC certified prosthetist, known for his revolutionary strides in prosthetic design. He graduated from the University of North Alabama with a bachelor of science degree in Education, and earned his certification in prosthetics from the American Board for Certification in 1994. He has founded and managed several prosthetic patient care facilities since 1997. In 1999, Stan founded Prosthetic & Orthotic Associates (POA) of Central Florida, an industry leader and innovator in the custom fabrication of high performance prosthetic products. POA employs the most advanced techniques known in the precision fitting and fabrication of prostheses. A highly respected speaker at national prosthetic and orthotic conferences, Stan has served as an adjunct professor for Otto Bock Healthcare and TEC Interface Systems. He was honored by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists as the recipient of the 2007 Clinical Commitment Award at their 33rd Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California. Stan resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Beth, and their three canine children - Simba, Sarabi, and "Z". | | | | | |
